This is the third time that we've stayed in this flat for the Edinburgh Fringe. It is right in the heart of the festival with great views over the Royal Mile. We didn't find it especially noisy. The flat is comfortable.

We stayed here between Xmas and new year in 2016. The flat is very spacious with high ceilings and is lovely and warm. The flat is on the top (third) floor, which means there are many steps to climb, but the views are worth it....More
