THIS APARTMENT IS SITUATED ON THE EDGE OF THE NEW TOWN, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE CENTRE OF EDINBURGH, WHICH IS A GREAT BASE FOR EXPLORING SCOTLAND.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, parking permit for 2 cars and free WIFI this apartment is perfect for larger families and small groups. Sleeps up to 8 guests. (maximum 8 guests including children and babies). It is a 3rd floor apartment accessed by stairs or life/elevator.

1st bedroom can have 2 single beds or a super kingsize bed
2nd bedroom has a double bed
3rd bedroom can have 2 single beds or a super kingsize bed and also has a double sofa bed for bookings of 7/8 guests.

Fully equipped kitchen should you decide you want to cook. Close to cafes and restaurants should you want to treat yourselves and have a relaxing city break.

There are no on-site staff based at the apartment. You have total privacy during your stay. You will be met at the apartment on arrival. Usually by Amanda. She will hand over 3 sets of keys and 2 parking permits if required. She will answer any questions you have and show you round. During your stay you can contact Amanda or myself should you encounter any problems.

About the neighbourhood
Located at the edge of the New Town within walking distance to the city centre. Safe area that you can walk about during the day and at night time.

Close to the East End of Princes Street where you can see Edinburgh Castle. Close to the Omni Centre with its multiplex cinema, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to the Playhouse Theatre, local restaurants, pubs, bistros, shops etc. Near to excellent bus stop to get you round the city.

For all your essentials, it is handy for Tescos and Co-operative Food Store
Getting around
From Edinburgh airport take a taxi. You can also take the tram to the end of the line and walk.
Bus and train station I would also recommend taking a taxi however, it is possible to walk.
Our address shows on sat navs and google maps for directions to the apartment.

Ferry: Leith, Ocean Terminal: 4.0 km
From Edinburgh airport, bus or train stations take a taxi to the apartment. Black cabs take a maximum of 6 people.
From the airport you can also take the tram into city centre. If there are 6 guests, it is cheaper and more convenient taking a taxi. If you take the tram, get off at the last stop and you can walk (downhill) from there. You can get directions on google maps.
If driving, the apartment address is showing on google maps so please get directions from there or use your sat nav.
