Clean contemporary and well equipped accommodation, comfy beds. Best location for exploring Edinburgh! Park the car and walk wherever you want to go! Plenty of local pubs and restaurants. Local Tesco express for any essentials and you're done. Relax, enjoy your holiday.

There is a 10% discount for groups of one or two guests.

We prefer a 3 day minimum stay, but will negotiate on less, especially if there are odd free days in our availability. In general, a 3 night stay is priced at 2/3 of a week's price, but with a bit of discount for week-night stays only (ie where Friday or Saturday is not included). Shorter stays will usually be a little more than pro-rata. You can find definitve pricing and latest availability on our web-site .

There is a 10% discount for groups of one or two guests.

Our prices are based on 4 guests, with up to 2 extra people at £20 per night, each. We can also split the larger bed to 2 narrow singled and supply a folding bed or bed settee even if there are only 4 guests. Extra beds are £10 each per stay. (not if you are already paying for extra people though)

Beautifully furnished and fully equipped, this ground floor apartment provides easy access to all of the Old Town cultural attractions including the famous Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. a wealth of cultural attractions are neary and ahuge selection of all kinds of restaurants, bars and parks.
