It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nichols. The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room. The master bedroom with super king-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. Well appointed 2 bedrooms consisting of a super king-size bed in bedroom 1 and two beds (double and single) in bedroom 2. Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large lounge (20 feet x 20 feet) can be used to host dinner parties and the free WiFi (with unlimited downloads) is great for those who prefer to work on their laptops. Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4 people. (can accommodate 5 for additional cost) Special Events: Edinburgh Festival: This is a stunning flat to stay in during the Edinburgh festival and all festivals and theatres within walking distance Edinburgh Hogmany: Edinburgh's Hogmany is famous world over. If you are looking for a spacious, light and stunning property to rent over Hogmany, you will not be dissapointed!!! If you require a taxi (cab) from Edinburgh Airport to the Apartment, the cost is £35 for up to 4 passengers from the airport pick up zone. If you wish a meet & greet inside the terminal, there is an additional £5 cost. The return journey from the apartment to the airport is also £35. If both journeys are booked, the total cost is £60 (+£5 for meet & greet). For 5 guests, there is an additional cost of £10.
