Both ample sized double bedrooms are located at the front of the flat, have excellent storage and come with fully made beds, towels and extra cushions. Excellent position (5 minute walk to Central locations), very nicely presented, clean and tidy and good amenities. Clear instructions for getting access, and sources of further information (eg good places to eat, key sights to visit) etc. Would recommend.

We are really impressed with this flat. It is very clean, fully and tastefully furnished, really beautiful and in the very heart of the city. There are dozens of bars and restaurants within walking distance, so you don't need a car at all, yet there...More

About the neighbourhood
This ground floor flat is in the perfect location, Albany Street is beside Broughton Street which has a vibrant selection of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and price ranges. Popular haunts include, Pickles, L'Escargot Bleu, Realfoods, Treacle, Artisan Roast, Basement Bar, Narcissus Florist and the Concrete Wardrobe. Just up the road, is John Lewis, the Omni Centre for leisure, dining and cinema, Harvey Nichols, St Andrew Square which hosts a wide range of arts and food related fairs and events throughout the year.
Getting around
Edinburgh's public transport network is excellent. You will find yourselves within an easy walk of Waverley Railway Station, Edinburgh Bus Station and the last stop of the tram at York Place (ideal for transport to the airport). If you are not wanting to take public transport then you will find walking around the city very easy (with the exception of a few hills) and the architecture is amazing to look at.

We do have a parking space available for one car which is charged at £15 per day, if you wish to take advantage of this please contact us and we will arrange payment and provide instructions.
