This apartment has a wonderful view across the water of Leith. It is light and airy and comfortable. It is a historical building, a modern conversion of a whisky bond. There are ancient wooden beams and whisky barrels throughout the building.
The whole apartment is yours and it is fully equipped for holiday lets or corporate stays but with no personal things in it. It is light, airy and comfortable. There are superb restaurants and cafes nearby including a Michelin Star restaurant opposite. You are 2 mins from the Royal Yacht Britannia, 5 mins from the cinema, gym and shopping mall. A bus stop is 30 secs from the door linking to the airport (56 mins) and Waverley Station (19 mins). There is also a direct bus (30 mins) to Murrayfield Stadium if you're thinking about visiting for the Six Nation Championships in the Spring.

I do not live in the property and it is for your exclusive use. I use a cleaning and concierge agency to make sure that you are met with keys and that the apartment is spotless with fresh linen and towels for your arrival. If you have any questions or problems during your stay I respond to messages very quickly and my concierge company has a range of trades people on hand if something needs fixed.
The reason that the property is not suitable for kids is because the windows open outwards and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Whilst there is not a cot or high chair provided...

About the neighbourhood
Really lovely and vibrant part of Edinburgh and only 15 minutes by bus to the very centre of the city. This is a cosmopolitan waterside area of Edinburgh. There are fantastic restaurants all around. A gym, cinema and mall are a 10 minute walk away. There is a mini sainsbury supermarket a 2 minute walk away and bigger food shopping stores about 10 minutes on foot away. During the festival there is a festival venue just across the road. Lots of lovely cafes and shops too.
There is a bus stop 30 seconds away from the front door. Buses go to the centre of Edinburgh and the airport every few minutes. It takes less than 20 minutes and costs only £2 to get to Waverley Station. Within walking distance are a great choice of excellent restaurants including a Michelin Starred restaurant opposite the apartment. Also within a few minutes walking distance is a shopping mall together with a Vue cinema and a gym.
How to get there
There are regular buses from a stop less than a minute from the front door. There is also a bus which takes you straight to the airport. There is private parking for you at the property if you are driving. The spaces are not allocated. It takes around 20 minutes to travel to the apartment by taxi.
