Bright, spacious, freshly-decorated ground floor apartment with free, allocated parking. Secure access via a well maintained entrance hall. Lounge/dining room with modern kitchen off, spacious double bedroom, shower/sauna/jet massage, hallway and cloak cupboard.
There is WiFi, smart TV, electric heating and an electric blanket. The breakfasting table doubles as a work station. A travel cot and high chair are available at a small charge.
Open, south-facing aspect with large garden, next to Pilrig Park and Water of Leith Walkways.

Comfortable apartment in Leith, within a mile or so of the Royal Mile. Easy bus access, the pubs and shops are only 2 blocks away and there is a park within 50 yards. The park connects to a walking path to the harbor with restaurants...More

This apartment offers the best location: midway between main city-centre attractions & shops, and the trendy dock area of Leith, with 2 Michelin Starred restaurants and a plethora of excellent bars & restaurants on the door step. A wide range of shops and buses are only minutes away.
This is a very quiet, natural area with lovely gardens and mature trees on the edge of a park. There is no through traffic, although the main road is only 2 minutes walk away.
Getting around
Lothian Regional buses will get you to all of the local sights in Edinburgh for £4 for a day ticket. The main train and bus stations are 10 minutes away by bus. These will connect you to other cities in Scotland. With your private, free parking space, this apartment is perfect for touring Scotland in your own car with Stirling and the Trossachs, St. Andrews and the fishing villages of Fife, East Lothian and the Borders all just day trips away.
