This holiday home is a bright two-bedroom apartment on the second floor (there is a lift) of a modern building in the Old Town, close by the historic Royal Mile in the centre of Edinburgh. It is located right beside the green expanse of Holyrood Park. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions, festival venues, shops, nightlife and transport connections.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a comfortable living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double with en-suite shower room, and one twin bedded), separate bathroom and central heating. The double bedroom has a king-size double bed. The bathroom is off the hallway and has a bathtub with shower over and WC. The living room has a two large sofas, and a corner window with views onto Holyrood Road.
