I have to start with positives and also outline that everything I say here has been said to Rory on the phone (part of the management team). The Flat's location is amazing, bottom of princess street almost and certainly within walking distance of everything. A basement flat with commercial premises above so no noise above during the day/night. Large living...

incredible location, lovely apartment with character, very comfortable. But please get a new oven as it was a pain trying to set the time each time to use it.

Could not fault this apartment. Clean and very comfortable, well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated. Ideally situated, quiet street, yet very close to Edinburgh's historic centre.
