Relaxing Week

Another fantastic week at Four Mile,the weather wasn't kind but the cottage was nice and cosy as always,absolutely love the area and looking forward to getting back soon!

Fab

Fab clean warm well equipped cottage. Great location for driving around the area. Lots of good walks for dog close and the cycling in nearby forest is great. We will definitely be visiting the area again. Thank you very much for leaving us milk etc...More

Cosy little cottage, perfect for a relaxing long weekend

Well equipped cottage with beautiful surroundings. Stayed with my hubby and 2 year old twin girls who loved visiting local farm parks, soft play and the garden centre. Plenty of options nearby to eat out. All in all, a well need and much enjoyed break....More

Perfect

Absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was ideal,with everything you need and the owners were really nice and always available. The surrounding area is stunning and very quiet and only a quick journey to Dumfries. Can't wait to visit again.

Very relaxing stay.

4 Mile Cottage was well equipped, cosy and was ideally situated for visiting the Solway coast and beyond. We visited Threave Gardens, Robert Burns Cottage and The Museum of Lead Mining at Wanlockhead. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Anna...More
