About the neighbourhood
Cruden Bay is a beautiful coastal village which is approximately 25 miles from Aberdeen and only 8 miles from Europe´s largest fishing Port of Peterhead. Cruden Bay Golf Course is one of the most stunning golf courses in the world and Trump International Golf Links is only a ten minute drive away. The cliff scenery here is some of the most spectacula...
How to get there
Directions From the south of Aberdeen follow all the signs for A90 Peterhead There are three roads that you can take to get to the coast of Cruden Bay, one via Newburgh (which is the coast road), or alternatively, the Ellon bypass, which is well signposted for the turn off to Cruden Bay and also from the Peterhead area. Once you drive past Balmedie you will come to the signpost turning right for Newburgh. Follow this road and you will arrive at Cruden Bay eventually. On entering Cruden Bay take the second turning on your left into Golf Road, Slains Cottage (No. 9) is the fifth house on the left. If you decide to go via the Ellon bypass, do not turn onto the Newburgh road, just follow the road all of the way, signposted A90 for Peterhead. You will pass through the village of Hatton...
