Interaction with guests
Whole house is for guests use. I am available via telephone as and when required. It is not policy to meet guests on arrival but instead we use a key box. We have processes in place to ensure only guests checked in are only persons allowed into the house unless otherwise agreed by myself. Rooms not used will be locked off. Check in times are flexible where possible. Please enquire if you have any questions. Pleas feel free to contact one of us on the contact numbers provided in the information pack if you need any further information or have any issues during your stay and we will be glad to help and resolve anything that may crop up.

Exactly as described. Perfect family home in quiet cul-de-sac. Very spacious and private, backs on to beautiful gardens and a pleasant short stroll to the Gordon Highlanders Museum and coffee shop.More

About the neighbourhood
Cul-de-sac at the end of a very quiet and open spaced street with minimal passing traffic. Lovely walks down the lane, along the burn to Hazelhead Park.

Well served by local amenities on Seafield Road; great local hotel, the Palm Court including traditional Scottish local pub 'The Whisky Bar' and shops including a Co-op mini supermarket.

Bordering the property to the back is the beautiful, award winning Johnson Gardens. The one hectare site was gifted to the City in 1936 and has streams, waterfalls, ponds, rockeries and rustic bridge. The garden is planted with rhododendrons, spring bulbs, heathers and alpines. And the ponds are full of irises and home to a number of aylesbury, mallard and muscovy ducks.

The property is well served by public transport for use into town which run from either Queens Road or Springfield Road both of which are just a few minutes walk from the property.

From car we are accessed either off Queens Road or Seafield Road off the A90.
