Set in the most glorious countryside, surrounded by rolling fields, woodland and 180 acres of farmland with grazing cattle, red kites soaring overhead and a wealth of interesting trees, flora and fauna. Beautifully converted to an exceptionally high standard from the original 17th Century barns, the two cottages have a contemporary, yet comfortable and homely feel. The craftsmen builders have retained the original oak beams, and some of the stonework. The owners are very happy to help guests make the most of their stay and have plenty of local information and recommended places to visit in the area.

The barn has large dining and seating areas with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD. Wood burning stoves are located in both living rooms. The slate tile floor has cosy under-floor heating. Separate spacious kitchens with newly fitted shaker-style units. Plenty of work and storage space, fully equipped with the latest appliances; electric halogen hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher and upright fridge-freezer and microwave. Front door leads out to terrace and large outdoor table and chairs and BBQ.

Railway: Abergavenny: 44.0 km
Ferry: Portsmouth: 303.0 km
From Abergavenny, Hereford or Cardiff direction, arrive at the Brecon bypass roundabout and take A40 to Llandovery. After exactly 3 miles, turn right by bus shelter.

From the West on the A40, approximately three miles from Sennybridge, turn left, prior to the bus shelter. Sign posted to Llanfihangel Nant Bran.

From this point, the journey is the same from both directions

At T-Junction turn right.
After ½ a mile turn left.
It is sign posted to Llanfihangel Nant Bran at all these junctions.
Continue on road for 4 miles.
Driveway is on the right, well sign posted for Pentregwyn and The Bullpens.
