Enjoyed our stay. Everything you need. Parking space handy, can walk everywhere including Snowdon. Handy for the Snowdon Marathon start and finish. Clean and tidy. Comfortable, especially beds. Didnt get round to using the hot tub, but hassle free enjoyable stay.

About the neighbourhood
LLanberis is the gateway to Snowdonia and deserves it's reputation as the centre of tourism in North Wales. On the shores of LLyn Padard with the magnificent mountaiun scenery in the background it's a great place for families to enjoy. You can feed the ducks on the lake or visit the Slate Meseum and the quarry as well as the original houses of the miners. There are numerous craft shops as well as the steam railway around the lake ot the world famous cog railway to the top of Snowdon. If you fancy something more challenging there is the Ropes and Ladders attraction, scuba diving in the old quarry as well as water sports on LLyn Padarn and endless opportunities for climbing and walking and pony trecking. There are lots of good quality pubs and restaurants to choose from as well as Take Away outlets.

Drive almost to the end of the village to a cross roads with Pete's Eats on your right and turn left here. Follow the road past the playground and turn left into Yankee street after 200m. The house is the second on the left. From the A55 direction leave the coasroad at junction 11 signposted Bangor. Turn left at the top of the slip road and follow the sign for LLanberis on the A4244. At the T Junction with the A4086 turn left. Turn right off the bypass at the first village entr...
