Ear-marks on sheep or other animals were served as a sign of ownership. This form of marking was important in mountainous areas where animals were allowed to graze in open country. Bwlch Cliced is the name of one such ear-mark, different farms have their own combination of ear-marks that they use. The work of our village artist, Ruth Jên from her 'Welsh Ladies' and 'Home Spun Cloth' series are prominent features of the décor. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
