I meet visitors on arrival but do need the anticipated time in advance. I live nearby so am readily available throughout the stay if help is needed. I like to receive the key on departure so I can wave my guests goodbye.

About the neighbourhood
Aberystwyth is an University town with a mile long promenade and sandy beaches. The narrow gauge railway trip to Devils Bridge is very popular as is the Butterfly house in the Rheidol Valley. Sea and river fishing are popular pastimes in this area as are golf and cycling. The cycle paths and walks at Nant yr Arian forest and lake are a huge draw particularly for viewing the Red Kite population. The surrounding countryside is stunning in places and offers excellent exploration expeditions. The Rheidol riding centre is well established and caters for all ages. The Arts Centre, Cinema and local pubs provide excellent night time entertainment.
