A spacious and comfortable two-storey annexe, within a 5 minute walk of Chichester City Centre. Attached to the owners’ house but with private entrance and completely self-contained. Downstairs: private entrance hall, cloakroom with W.C and sink, large kitchen-diner, lounge. Upstairs: large bedroom with en-suite shower room and small twin bedroom. The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden set back from the road and on-site parking. With Wifi throughout.
(Occupants of twin room will need to access the main bedroom to use the shower room - second toilet downstairs).

I live in the house next door and am always on hand either in person or by phone to help with any queries but I leave guests to their own devices. The key on arrival will be found in a key safe for guests to let themselves in.
This accommodation is superb. Very clean and in a very convenient location. We went to the theatre which is only a short stroll from the Annexe and the city centre was very close too. We will definitely visit again.

The ANnexe is in a perfect location 5 mins walk from the centre of Chichester.
The accommodation was excellent, beds very comfotable and amazing kitchen/dining area.

Ideal in current situation. Quiet, clean and easy walk into town centre. Excellent for family, although we were only a couple. Driveway and parking easy - once you get used to it !. Good central location to visit area.

The Annexe is tucked away in a street to the North of the City. It is attached to the owners house but has its own entrance, parking and outside space. It is a lovely light spacious area and set back from the road so very peaceful. There is a convenience store about a 3 minute walk away and a Waitrose about a 15 minute walk away.
Getting around
The Annexe is within easy walking distance of Chichester's City Centre. In the centre you can find the Cathedral and lots of shops and restaurants. The Festival Theatre is a five minute walk from The Annexe. The train station is a 15 minute walk though the City and the trains can take you to Gatwick Airport, Portsmouth and its fabulous harbour, Southampton, Brighton and London are all easy to get to on the train. There are buses which run regularly to take you to the wonderful seaside at Selsey or Wittering.
