There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes, a full length window and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay. COVID CLEANING SAFETY MEASURES: We are a professional short let management company with operations in major UK cities. We meet and exceed the COVID-19 cleaning guidelines set out by the WHO and the UK Government to guarantee the safety of our guests: Our professional cleaners: -Use alcohol and bleach-based products -Spend extra time disinfecting high touch surfaces such as switches, knobs and handles -Wear face masks and gloves -Do not leave excess linen in properties Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away. Getting Around: Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk. Other Things to Note: Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge. For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge. For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
