It’s a great example of 21st century living that takes accommodation to the next level, with the fully equipped kitchen, massive bedroom and en-suite offering a modern and expansive space in which to socialise with your fellow guests. When sleep calls, the bedroom offers you a massive space in which to sleep comfortably, the amenities making you feel at home! We have a Welcome pack and Guest book guide. My colleagues and I can be available to assist with anything generally related to the Apartment via the messaging app and our mobile number – available once you’ve made your booking. Be considerate as this is a very nice property so a lot of effort is put into ensuring a clean, tidy and comfortable space, so treat it as if it’s your own and leave it in the same condition you found it in. Guest access We do in person check ins and check outs, but also have a self check in system in place with a key box that can be easily accessed with a code if you prefer that. Further information provided on booking, confirmation via email. Bedroom is lockable with key and communal areas have unmonitored CCTV (1st floor end of hallway) for everyone’s safety, only used as a witness in the resolution of any issue/dispute. Tampering the CCTV is not allowed under any conditions. I would like to ask you to respect the neighbours of this beautiful estate as they are great people, all my personal friends and keep the level of noise down from 10 pm onwards. I will do the check out in person to check you do not to trash the place, as I expect to find everything in the same way you found it in, so I don't get charged more by the cleaning company and you have to pay an extra fee as well afterwards. This is a quiet place I’d expect you to party outside the property, in town, as doing it in the house is not allowed.
