Could not recommend this more highly. Clean, comfortable and homely with everything you need (except maybe a dishwasher) We so enjoyed our stay and thank Karen (the owner) for the welcome pack and her thoughtfulness.

Additional amenities & feature info
Quince Cottage has been passionately restored by the owners into a stylish country retreat . With a classic country house style and an eclectic mix of old and new. In the summer, French windows open out onto the patio garden with views over the orchard and down to the tennis court (available for visitors use on request). The cottage is fitted with everything needed to make your stay luxurious and relaxing. Although completely modernised throughout, the cottage has retained its country feel with beams throughout. Local history states the Ladle Farm was probably owned by the local Squire and was responsible for supplying the food for him and his family at the Manor nearby. Certainly this village has a wealth of old properties and boasts 3 Manor Houses and two duck ponds. A... more
