There are 4 large bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 king size bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one has a bath and the other has a shower. On the first floor is a large open plan kitchen and living area which includes a large table perfect for entertaining and gathering around for a family meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, washing machine and dryer. The living area has comfortable sofas to watch the smart TV or even to cosy down after a long days walking in front of the wood burner. There are plenty of books and games to entertain yourself. This property has WIFI and plenty of parking. Haslemere is an attractive town with a good range of independent shops and boutiques, restaurants and coffee houses. There are good road links to London and the south coast and the mainline station in the town offers a fast train service to London Waterloo in around 49 minutes. There are excellent golf courses in Hindhead, Liphook, Cowdray and Goodwood and leisure facilities which include Aqua Roma at The Georgian, Amarna at Lythe Hill and The Herons Leisure Centre. Stunning areas of both National Trust and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty can be found locally for walking enthusiasts to enjoy. Haslemere Educational Museum is well worth a visit; founded in 1888 this quaint museum is filled with fantastic collections featuring, ‘geology, botany, zoology, archaeology and social history.' There are plenty of food shops, specialist and independent as well as a monthly farmers market held on the first Sunday of each month. There are many great pubs in nearby villages a short drive away and 10-15 minutes drive brings you to the pretty, historic town of Midhurst. In recent years, Midhurst was voted the most desirable place to live in the whole of the UK - some accolade! It is a small town with period properties from a variety of eras lining the main streets and a collection of eclectic shops and restaurants making it even more appealing. Much of the town is still owned by the famous Cowdray Estate which hosts the polo season, attracting visitors from all over the world. The famous Cowdray Ruins lie on the northern outskirts of the town and there is a superb farm shop and coffee shop to enjoy. The old market town of Petworth lies just to the east, with Petworth House, Park and it's Turner collection being an interesting place to visit. Goodwood lies just 30 minutes to the south and attracts visitors from all over the world to its famous motor sports events and horse racing events. Chichester is about 11 miles south of Midhurst and has a world famous Cathedral, which dominates the city. It also has the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre.More
