The large, fully equipped kitchen has fantastic sea views - concentrating on cooking's tricky!
The dining room (much larger than it looks on this photo)  has seating for 10.
This bedroom looks directly out to sea and over to Lindisfarne - wonderful!
Another wonderfully comfortable double bedroom, with stunning sea views.
The third upstairs bedroom (with ensuite) has twin beds.
The downstairs bedroom has an en suite bathroom suitable for the mobility impaired.
One of the four en suite bathrooms.  There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The conservatory adjoins the living room and has a door to the private garden.

The view of Holy Island from the large shared garden.
Enjoy the view towards Lindisfarne.

The house is fantastic All furnishings are beautiful. The views across to Lindisfarne and Bamburgh are amazing. We saw seals out in the bay, a fox walk along the beach, a stoat in the garden as well as lots of rabbits out in the nature reserve. There is a lovely conservatory to just sit in and watch it all. We (4 couples) spent a long weekend at the Mill House in mid January. Top quality accommodation, ideal for our group. Fabulous location, spectacular views, outstanding facilities, well-equipped and comfortable for whatever the weather. more

We stayed over New Year with a large family group spanning three generations. The house is beautifully decorated and very well appointed, there was not a thing we missed or lacked during the week (except maybe some more ice cube trays to cool drinks...!). It was also spotlessly clean throughout. There is also plenty of space, lots of places for... more

We are just a 5 minute drive off the A1.

Approaching From The South:

Proceed on the A1 from Newcastle towards Edinburgh.
Pass Alnwick and Belford.
About 5 miles beyond Belford, you will come to a crossroads (with the B6353 to Lowick to the left). Turn right at this crossroads (signed to Fenwick Granary). It is about a 3-5 minute drive from this point.
Turn right at the next T junction, then proceed to the end of the road (narrow with blind bends).
The holiday cottages are on the left by the sea.

Approaching from The North:

Proceed on the A1 south from Berwick-upon-Tweed.
Half-a-mile past the turning to Holy Island, turn left on to the road marked Fenham Hill. It is about a 3-5 minute drive from this point.
