We have visited this property numerous times and it never disappoints. It's only a 10 minute walk from the city centre and has private parking right outside. Inside it's always well presented, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Despite frequent visits we have never had even the slightest issue and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

On agreement of booking a booking fee is required to hold the property, this is £100 and is deducted from the rental costs, this deposit is none refundable. The balance of rental is payable four weeks before arrival, should you find it necessary to cancel within four weeks of arrival the payment will not be refunded unless I am able to let the property for the same dates. If you are booking just before arrival then cash on arrival is fine.

A refundable £100 security deposit is required with final balance payment. The security deposit is refunded within one week of departure when the property has been checked and serviced.

For those of you driving there is a secure car park in front of the building with a reservation for one car.
