This is a privately owned 60m2 ex council flat (public housing) on the 13th floor of an 16 storey residential block. In 2014 the flat has undergone complete refurbishment, is double glazed and has central heating throughout. All entrances to the building are key controlled, warden patrolled and inspected. On entering the building there are two lifts servicing the odd and even floors from the main foyer. The entrance door to the apartment has been fitted with deadlocks, key spy hole and a letter box. Once inside you are welcomed by an open plan lounge fitted with white wooden floors throughout.
