Property was perfect for our 4-day stay. The location is ideal: the neighborhood is nice and the walk to the tube takes less than 5 minutes. For a one-bedroom flat, we had enough room for four and everything we needed. Great place to stay in London!

Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern verbracht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral und in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war super, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustür war ein großes Plus. Gerne wieder.

Great communication with Rob throughout! He was super helpful and gave lots of advice.
The space was perfectly placed near to the tube and suited us with with 2 adults in one room and 2 kids on the sofa bed - the 2 bathrooms with 2 showers was great! I didn't really notice the noise even though it was close by. The rooms were clean and well kept. There was good space for our 3 large suitcases and it really helped to be able to drop off our bags when we arrived and we could leave them later in the day before travelling home. It was also really helpful to have a few basic items in the cupboards to make tea/coffee and numerous cleaning products too. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner were also a blessing on our first night. The extra fans were much appreciated on hotter evenings. Didn't end up using the TV as it was a bit awkward trying to find a way to log in so we gave up - plus we were super busy and didn't really have time to watch it anyway.
Couple of things to note: while there is a washer/dryer it was impossible for us to get the clothes dry so best to use the dry cleaners at the end of the street if you need to do washing. Couple of minor areas for improvement would be more mugs/wine glasses since these were very limited and the lid on the bin needs replacing.

This is the ideal base for a London stay - very close to Tube but also an easy walk from many great places. A compact place but very clean and has everything you need at hand. Great to have 2 separate sleeping and bathroom spaces.

My family (two adults and two teenagers) stayed at this wonderful flat near Notting Hill Gate for four nights. The proximity to the Tube stop was perfect, with a lovely short walk past colorful houses to and from. The flat is quiet except for some sounds from the underground trains, but those quickly became white noise. The flat can sleep two on the bed, and two on the fold out couch. We traded off sleeping locations and found both beds to be quite comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great, especially with teenagers, and we also used the washing machine to run laundry and hang it to dry while we were out.
I began corresponding with Rob around 7 months before our trip, and he was an enthusiastic and friendly communicator. He invited me to text while we were on our trip, but we did not have any problems that we needed help with, so I did not take advantage of that invitation. Rob is an excellent host, and provided very helpful and thorough instructions for the property and well as recommendations for nearby services and attractions. Of the four places in Europe and the UK we stayed during our trip, we enjoyed Rob's flat in London the most. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit London, and will be rebooking in the future to return to see the things we missed!

Lovely place, convenient location close to tube, restaurants, supermarkets. Wonderful large couch, but best of all -two bathrooms!! Great even if you are just a couple like us, two bathrooms getting ready each day was great! Lovely kitchen with all you could need and the luxury of a washing machine and tall airer. Spacious bedroom too.

It is a little noisy because of the subway but the upside is the subway is really realle close.
