Perfect for two people who like to spread out - as...
Perfect for two people who like to spread out - as did we;. Perfect location: ultra-quiet and just down the road from Notting Hill Gate Tube/Central, District and Circle lines; Excellent ventilation = fans & ceiling windows; Amazon Fresh nearby for supplies; recommend Clarke's restaurant just a block away; and excellent communication with Rob who, though not in the company, was on the other end of the phone and answered one or two questions. Can't wait to go back!

Location cannot be beat - close to bus lines, underground. Easy access to central London as well as outside London. Everything close by - market, restaurants, pub, fast-food, shopping.
The ventilation was not great as we opened all vents as well as turned on both floor fans and it was still warm and humid inside. It made the place smell a bit thick.
We arrived early (about 2 p.m.; check-in was after 3 p.m. but we were able to drop off luggage at the flat). The place was still being cleaned when we got there. When we finally did get into the apartment, it smelled like ammonia which lingered for several days because of the ventilation.
It was nice to have washer/dryer combo unit inside the unit, but note that you will need to dry the clothes by using the fans and bathroom towel warmers before the clothes are wearable. It was still nice to have the washer/dryer available, nonetheless.
Instructions for checking in were easy and if we had questions, Rob responded quickly.
Would definitely stay again because of location.

This location was absolutely perfect, so much to do right in this direct area, but a short walk to catch a train anywhere. For our first trip to London, this was perfect. Rob was great, he sent us so much information about the area, from where to pick up groceries to restaurants, and directions to and from the airports. The property itself is clean and quaint and the perfect size and price for a chill, play it by ear, low stress vacation.

This apartment is in a short 5 minute walk to Nottinghill Gate tube so very convenient to London’s main attractions. Lovely lounge and kitchen area but very limited fresh air into rooms. Other complaint was the TV not being connected to normal TV channels and very difficult to navigate. Also instructions for washing machine and microwave would be helpful. Overall a good spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Rob was very communicative and helpful.

This well located property is within an easy walk to an Underground station. If you are willing to walk about 10 minutes, you can get to Portobello Road just north of the flat and Kensington High Street to the south with a variety of stores and restaurants.The flat has skylights that allow for good cross ventilation on warm days. The place was clean and everything was working and as advertised. This is a great find with easy access to all that London has to offer. Rob is very responsive and easily available. My family will return to this flat on our next visit to London.

We stayed here with my adult kids for a long weeke...
We stayed here with my adult kids for a long weekend. The place is clean and spacious and sits on a dead-end street so it's very quiet at night. There's a full kitchen and both bathrooms have abundant hot water. Location is excellent and about 3 blocks from the Tube. The neighborhood is charming and safe; there are numerous pubs and shops around. Our only minor issue: the sofa bed is really only a sofa "chair," so it was much smaller than we expected. You can put a kid on it but an adult will be less than thrilled.
Check in was easy. The owner provided ample details about that process and the unit and neighborhood. Overall a very good experience, and we would stay again in the future.

This is a great flat in Notting Hill that is modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for a group of 4-5 people. It is located near grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and anything else you need to make your stay convenient and enoiyable. It is also a 3 minute walk to the the Notting Hill Gate tube station, and walking distance to many iconic London sites. Rob the host is very professional and excellent communicator. We can’t recommend this flat highly enough. Thank you Rob for sharing your flat and making our trip that much more enjoyable.

Nice little apartment close to all amenities, Tube and Hyde Park. Comfy bed, light and airy bathrooms. Yes the tube runs under the building but the sound of trains is very faint and unobtrusive. Owner allows luggage drop if you arrive before check in which is very convenient. Would highly recommend
