The entire process was seamless. Mark was so accommodating for us and the property was fantastic. The location to Transportation, Pups, Restaurants, Groceries could not have been better. We are so thankful that we chose this property for the London portion of our trip.
I highly recommend this property for anybody traveling to London.

The apartment is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed three people and we had plenty of room. The location is fantastic. Easy for transport in London and close to great shops and restaurants. Mike was easy to communicate with and very helpful with local tips.

The property is just as pictured and described. Mark did an exceptional job of communicating and coordinating with us before and during our stay in London. We really appreciated the opportunity for an early check-in after our long flight.
I strongly recommend that others book this property for their next visit to London.

Amazing location, had everything including washer and dryer, central to grocery shops, and great host! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here with a family. I had 2 boys and they had single beds set up for them.

This terrific apartment that suited me, a grandmother, traveling from abroad with three teen granddaughters. I had the luxury of my own room and bathroom with a bathtub, while the girls shared the living room sofa bed and the bedroom and the second bathroom with shower. The kitchen is well-appointed and has a door separating it from the sleeping area, which is important when you want to make a pot of coffee or tea when teens are still sleeping nearby. Everything was clean and neat. The apartment manager is extremely helpful and pleasant. He answers inquiries fast, and even recommended a teen-beloved and affordable clothing store on Kings Road. Steps away, Kings Road was once only open to royalty, and is a mix of very high- end fashions, and particularly attractive branch stores, i.e. M &S and Zara. The apartment is a short walk from the Museum of Natural History, a favorite site of ours. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to Sloane Square underground station from which we reached all tourist sites very quickly. The affable apartment manager was on-site to greet us, and he helped us down the narrow outdoor stairs, the only challenge of the apartment. There are several tv's, a DVD player, bathroom towel heaters. The beds are very comfortable and there's a skylight in the living room over the dining table. Helpful touring books are plentiful, the internet is fast and strong, and there are enough umbrellas available for everyone to walk the pretty streets when it rains.
