The privately owned Fellside Lodge is a very comfortable self-catering holiday lodge located on the 5 star Limefitt Park, Troutbeck, Windermere. Due to its elevated position on the park the lodge offers wonderful views of Troutbeck from the front deck, a lovely setting for breakfast/evening meal whilst being serenaded by birdsong. The lodge is located on the quieter end of the park, and therefore its common to see badgers & red deer from the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom is not overlooked and has views to the fells and nearby woods. The lodge can accommodate 4 guests in comfort. A travel cot and high chair is also available at no charge. The lodge is furnished to a very high standard and we have included lots of little extras which will make this a home from home. A perfect retreat in all seasons. •The kitchen is built to a high specification and comes complete with extensive appliances (gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) + crockery + utensils + iron & ironing board. •Open plan lounge / dining area containing; - Contemporary leather 3 piece suite and armchair, feature fire place, coffee table. - 32' flat screen television with Freeview reception. XBOX-360 + Wireless Controllers. DVD Player. Mini HiFi. - Oak style Dining table with 4 chairs. Bookcase containing a selection of board games and literature. •The master bedroom is light, airy and spacious and offers plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes, drawers and dressing table. 19' flat screen TV + DVD. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. •The second bedroom comprises full size twin beds complete with built in wardrobes and drawers. 15' flat screen TV +DVD. •The main bathroom consists of bath, over head shower, wash basin and toilet. Garden furniture & BBQ are all provided There are numerous walks in the area, you could leave your car parked in front of the lodge all week. We cannot accept bookings from young all female/male parties. No smoking within the lodge. Pets are not allowed. Clean any Kitchen items used before returning to cupboards. Remove any food items brought and to empty the bins on departure. BBQ only on the patio area & not on the decking !! Booking Periods:- Weekly Breaks are Fri to Fri or Mon to Mon (7 Nights). Weekend Breaks are Fri to Mon (3 Nights). Midweek Breaks are Mon to Fri (4 Nights). Flexible bookings are available in Low Season.

With 2 double rooms, one en suite and one other bathroom, this has been a very convenient lodge for our family these past 2 years. Just a few miles from Ambleside, this is a great base for a break in the southern lakes.
