Excellent holiday cottage

The Granary is in an excellent location with easy access to the quieter (but still busy) western lake district and coast. The accommodation is great, very comfortable and well equipped. The underfloor heating downstairs is excellent and actually warmed the entire house (weather was mild)...More

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of the world

We stayed here at Easter. The accommodation is excellent. It has been renovated to highest standard, especially the gorgeous bathroom. An excellent location close to the northern lakes. We had a fabulous time and plan to return in the future.

Perfect place to relax

We can not fault The Granary, beautiful accommodation in a quiet village which was the perfect place for us to spend 4 nights. We explored Loweswater, Buttermere and walked up Catbells near Keswick! Also great spot if you run or cycle, some good routes close...More
