West Croft Holiday Cottages comprises 3 cottages recently converted from a Grade II listed barn. If all three cottages are rented, the accommodation can cater for up to 14 guests. The Saddlery can sleep four guests in double and a twin bedrooms. The cottage has been sympathetically converted to provide an open plan living area with dining table and chairs and a wood burning stove is the focal point of this room. Just returned from a great 3 night stay at the saddlery. Great value for money,prompt correspondence from mark the owner. The cottage was homely, warm and cosy. Beautiful exposed stone walls and perfect for a family of four with a dog. Just what we needed!!...More

Fantastic, very paceful place. Close enough to shops in Cockermouth, and great base for any trips around Lakes. It was our second visit in the cottages and we are looking forward to come back soon.

Had a last minute break for me my wife, 2 children and dog. Lovely converted barn. Log burner and wooden beams. really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t fault the place. Looking forward to me and my wife going back there

Nearby we have Bassenthwaite Lake, Buttermere, Loweswater, Derwent Water and many wonderful mountain walks. 4miles from our cottage is the 18 hole James Braid designed Cockermouth golf course at Embleton.
