There were 3 adults & 1 year old boy/girl twins staying for 2 weeks in this apartment. Anna & Chris were very accommodating. Anna even allowed me to make a very last minute change to the check in date because I'd made a mistake with my flight details. The apartment has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite), & a guest bathroom with bath/shower. The living area is spacious with plenty of room for our twins to crawl around. We had to move quite a few vases & ornaments for fear that they'd fall on a baby's head. We had a double stroller with us (Uppababy G-Link) which fit through all the doorways & we made use of the elevator frequently! It is very well located, just a 5-10 min walk to the center of town.

Great location, very professional and would recommend this well appointed apartment. Certainly puts the Royal in Royal Tunbridge Wells!

Sorry but due to estate rules children are not allowed to play in the gardens. The common is over the road and has plenty of space to play ball games, etc.
