Lovely cottage

Lovely cottage, 10 mins walk to city centre. As described, a cosy cottage, fun to explore but maybe not for those that struggle with steep stairs. Didn't explore the garden as was a damp weekend in December. Situated on a very quiet road, much more...More

Beautiful cottage in Canterbury

Fantastic cottage just 10 minutes walk from centre..had everything we needed..two cosy bedrooms..a new bathroom...a dining room and a kitchen...couldnt be in the garden bbeing december but wow would definetely go bach in spring or summer..canterbury is our home town so we know a lot...More

About the neighbourhood
Canterbury is a historic university city famed for its magnificent Cathedral and a place of cultural pilgrimage and is a cosmopolitan and vibrant place. The cottage is conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from the historic city centre and high street as well as the Canterbury East rail station and Christ Church University. There are numerous lovely local pubs, restaurants and local attractions within 10-15 minutes walk of the cottage including the Canterbury Cathedral, the Whitefriars shopping centre, Kings School, The Marlowe Theatre and the River Stour. How to get there
Full access to the entire property and outdoor area. Free Wifi throughout your stay. Please note the stairs that lead to the first floor can be a bit steep. Self-served coffee, tea and sugar are available for free during your stay. Shower gel, shampoo, fresh bed linen and towels are provided. If you need to park, there is free street parking between the hours of 6pm-8am during the weekend and is free during the weekends. From the hours of 8am-6pm however, you can only park for 4 hours. Please be aware of this as traffic wardens will come round.
