The Lodge, Coln St Aldwyns is a stunning Cotswold holiday cottage located in an idyllic village, mid way between Burford and Cirencester. Once a cottage used by workers on the local Estate, the property today retains many classic and attractive features to make it a truly delightful choice for a Cotswold holiday.

The present owners have personally overseen the transformation to create a very warm and inviting holiday property, introducing some modern and contemporary features such as a wood burning stove, underfloor heating and Esse range cooker collectively enhance the appeal of the cottage. Outside, the cottage which is tucked on the edge of a little no through road, has a fabulous cottage garden which is a absolutely perfect for outdoor dining. This is a high standard holiday cottage in a very attractive village. A good choice.

About the neighbourhood
Coln St Aldwyns is an exceptionally attractive Cotswold village located approximately half way between Burford and Cirencester, just on the edge of what we like to call the 'central Cotswolds'! The village has wonderful architecture with countless classic Cotswold cottages and some more regal homes in between. There is an excellent and well respected local pub within a minutes' walk of the cottage front door (The New Inn) plus there is a well stocked local shop supplying basic goods from local suppliers
