The hallway leads upstairs to five bedrooms and a family byathroom. The two largest bedrooms also feature en-suite shower rooms. The property is set in 11 acres of ground which leads up to Cleeve Common. Some of the ground has been cleared to enable guests to enjoy the privacy and views this site enjoys. It is possible to see the GWR steam train leave the station at the Race Course and travel towards Gotherington. There are two sheds outside for storing bikes and a carport/garage , there is car parking for three/four cars on the drive.. Guests normally arrive after 4pm on the day of the booking and we would request that guests leave by 11 am of the departure day. This gives us time to clean the property ready for the next guests. We may be able to accommodate different times by prior agreement and for an additional charge. We have a strict no smoking policy and we do not allow candles or any other fire risk Finally Tesco in Bishops Cleeve do provide a home delivery service . A beautiful house, well kept. Nice and clean throughout with fantastic facilities. Really close to amenities and public transport, perfect for a get together with friends. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

A real home from home with space aplenty. Nicely presented by the owners; clean and tidy with everything in place for a comfortable self catering break.

An excellent house finished to a very high standard and kitted out with everything and anything you might need. Enough bedrooms for the whole family and an enormous kitchen/diner with spectacular views. Uninterrupted views on three sides of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham and the Malvern hills...More

Bushcombe House Farm is located on a 1:4 country lane. Possible ice in winter-time. Please contact us if you require advice. The property can be accessed from Woodmancote or from the B4632 Cheltenham to Winchcombe road . At the summit of this road , turn left(if you are leaving Cheltenham , and take a lane called Wickfield Lane This lane drops down in to Bushcombe Lane . The road drops by a 1 in 4 gradient , and the property will be found on your right , after a sharp right and then left turn .
