Montpellier Terrace is in the very heart of Cheltenham's Montpellier district renowned for it's interesting shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and antique dealers. Parking can be arranged for up to 3 cars roadside with most places a few minutes walk away Cheltenham is renowned for it's shopping, racing and 12 cultural festivals each year including Jazz, Music, Science and the country's largest literature festival, all based in the gardens immediately in front of the house. The house has been fully refurbished with all modern facilities whilst retaining it's original regency features and is furnished with many genuine pieces dating back to those times
