There is a fully equipped ultra modern kitchen with a luxury Nespresso Coffee machine for the perfect wake up coffee, ample storage for clothes and suitcases, and of course a very stylish bathroom.
This being officially the sunniest spot in the UK, hopefully you get lots of sun to enjoy the beautiful surroundings outside, beeing just cross the street from the promenade & the beach.
For the occasional rainy day, there is also a FreeSat TV and DVD player, lots of books, magazines, some DVD's and an I-Pod/I-Phone docking station with radio for indoor entertainment.

This almost entirely white home features a very large, open plan living room/dining room and kitchen, tall ceilings and elegant period features, with a mix of modern and antique furniture and a fully equipped, very modern kitchen.
There is a Romeo and Juliet balcony at the front, perfect for watching the sea and promenaders with a morning coffee at sunrise, and drinks in the afternoon.
The master bedroom is substantial with an open fireplace and a large period wardrobe, overlooking the 3-tiered, decked rear garden, and a smaller, cozy second bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed, opening onto the rear garden. Both have ample space for clothes storage.
There is a very smart, fully tiled bathroom with ample store hidden behind mirrored cabinets.

By Air: Nearest and easiest by air is London Gatwick, but there are also connections from Heathrow, London City Airport London.
By Train: It is only a 10 min walk to the train station, which is St Leonards Warrior Square Station. Regular trains run there from London, Brighton, Eastbourne or Ashford International train stations. There is a taxi company right outside the station if you have luggage or you can call a taxi if no cars are present.
Ferry: There is easy access from the ferries at Folkestone and Dover, Newhaven too.
