Large 5-burner hob, double ceramic sink , dishwasher, full size fridge & separate freezer.
The large family bathroom has huge period style claw foot bath, WC, bidet & large corner shower

Our house has typical Victorian proportions with large, bright rooms with high ceilings, moulded cornices and period fireplaces. Located within 15 minutes walk of the town centre, Royal Pavilion, train station and seafront. Off-road parking for one small/medium length car and additional cars can be parked in nearby residential streets (metered parking is £5.20 for 11 hours). Comfortably accommodating 16 people, the communal spaces are large, catering for large family or friend groups, including children. High quality beds are made up with 100% Egyptian cotton linen. A party of old schoolfriends from the '60s, accompanied by offsping of various ages, spent a very special 2017 New Year's Eve in this terrific tardis of a house. Our discarded shoes filled the hallway as we slippered downstairs to the big party dining room and entertained each other with a sing-along (accompanied by keyboard and violin), poetry and prose...

We could not have been happier with the house and the way Helen looked after us. It really is a home away from home, having everything you need. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a central location within walking distance from all amenities. 'The levels' are less than 5 mins walk with parks, cafes...

Helen has been very welcoming and helpful throughout the process until my arrival. the House looks much better than the photos, it is spotless and very well organised. we had a very good time Thanks again Helen.

By Road: Head for the seafront on A23. At Fire Station/Duke of Yorks Cinema follow the one-way road to the left (Viaduct Road). At lights turn left onto Ditchling Road. The house (97 Ditchling Road) is on the left after the office building. The front door is pale green with 97 on it - please ring doorbell and I will answer. There is parking for 1 small/medium length car in front of the house and additional parking around the corner in Warleigh Road, Vere Road or Shaftesbury Road in metered parking bays (£5.20 for 11 hours - 9am-8pm, overnight parking is free)
By Rail: (take a taxi ~ £6 or No. 50 Bus to Bromley Road bus stop - flat 20 metres down the road) or 20 min walk via Trafalgar Street (see Google Maps).
