Apartment matched the description and photos on TripAdvisor. Very clean and everything we needed. A shortish downhill walk into Brighton. Uphill on the way back but not too far. Helen was very helpful and kept in touch before and during our visit. Happy to recommend.

How to get there
By Road: Head for the seafront on A23. At Fire Station/Duke of Yorks Cinema follow the one-way road to the left (Viaduct Road). At lights turn left onto Ditchling Road. The flat is below the first house (97 Ditchling Road) on the left after the office building. Walk down the driveway to the left of the house and access the flat through the first wooden garden on your right. There is no parking at the flat but you can park around the corner in Warleigh Road, Vere Road or Shaftesbury Road in metered parking bays (£5.20 for 11 hours - 9am-8pm, overnight parking is free) By Rail: (take a taxi ~ £6 or No. 50 Bus to Bromley Road bus stop - flat 20 metres down the road) or 20 min walk via Trafalgar Street (see Google Maps). See description of access to flat above.
