This superb, centrally located second floor apartment is just off Trafalgar Street in the vibrant North Laines area of Brighton. This makes it a perfect base for friends going out, family holidays or business trips.
This spacious two bedroom apartment can sleep up to six guests and has much to offer. The seafront is a 15 minute walk, there is a family park and skate park 2 minutes away and couple of local pubs within a stones throw.
You couldn't be closer to the main train station which is literally a five minute walk from the apartment. When you come out of the station and turn right, one of the first things you'll see on the side of the first pub is the famous “Kissing Policemen” by Banksy. About the neighbourhood
The North Laine is a vibrant area with lots of cafes, restaurants and many pubs.
The local shopping is varied from prime retail shops to local bizaars and markets.
The Royal Pavilion is a 10 minute walk away and a must if visiting the area. We suggest using the headset when walking around and take the full tour.
The new i360 on the seafront offers splendid views of the city, the south downs and of course the sea.
Getting around
A car isn't necessary but there is parking locally
Buses are often and regular and taxi's are prompt.
If you're staying in this area you'll mainly be walking as otherwise everything will just whizz by.

The nearest Airport is London Gatwick and is a 30-40 minute drive (£50 in a taxi).

Brighton station is literally a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Very convenient as in the heart of the North Laine.
If you're driving there are a couple of municiple car parks but mainly you'll be walking.
Taxi's are fast and reasonable and there's a good network of buses including the 77 which goes to the South Downs and to the famous Devils Dyke.

There Is A Golf Course Within 30 Mins Drive, There Are Tennis Courts Nearby, Watersports Nearby, Nearest Beach: 1.0 km.
