This is on the seafront, close to Kemptown. It is one, very large room with a bed and fold out bed for children. Everything is clean (although the table is a little battered) and well presented. The bathroom is also in very good shape. The...More

With regards to parking, there is no reserved space for the apartment. However, we have a visitor permits available for £10/day for 'Parking Zone C' which allows you to park outside the apartment and the surrounding area. For bookings of four nights or more, the price is reduced to £8 a day. This offers exceptional value as most meters charge £3.50 an hour. You need one permit per car, per day.

There is also an option to park for £5.20 a day on metered bays if you drive a little further along the seafront (5-10min walk). Depending on what time of day you arrive in Brighton is depended if you can get one of these spaces. Please contact me for further details and map of where this area is in relation to the apartment.

* UK BANK HOLIDAYS, PRIDE & MARATHON WEEKENDS must be booked as a full weekend i.e. Friday, Saturday and Sunday night at the weekend rate of £160 per night.

*For three guests, there is a third person supplement of £25.00 per night for up to three nights and £100.00 for stays of four nights and over.

*Any week long bookings that incorporate a bank holiday will have and additional £50.00 supplement added to the booking.

* A 50% non-returnable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. An additional damages deposit of £200 is also payable with the balance and will be returned within 5 days of the departure day subject to a housekeeping check. Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival date will be payable in full at point of reservation.

* Due to the open-planned layout and the sofabed size, this apartment is not suitable for four adults.

Brighton is a truly cosmopolitan city combining the perfect mix of city and seaside living. There is so much to do within Brighton and the beautiful surrounding areas.

Royal Crescent apartment is situated in the fashionable and highly desirable part of Kemptown Village. Just behind the crescent is the wonderful St George's Road packed with independent shops. These include coffee shops, a traditional butchers, a local deli, a traditional grocers and a wonderful French patisserie and bakery. There is also a host of antique shops and flea markets selling all sorts of wonderful vintage finds.

We are walking distance to both the beach, the pier and the centre of Brighton. You can easily navigate the city on foot but we also have excellent bus links and a 50 min train ride up to London Victoria.

Ferry: Newhaven: 10.0 km
By air: Gatwick international airport is half an hour by road and rail from Brighton. The M23 connects Gatwick to Brighton and the London - and the Brighton rail link passes through Gatwick train station.

Heathrow international airport is on the M25 which connects with the M23 at junction 7. There is a direct coach link to Gatwick or you can take the underground (Picadilly line) to London Victoria and catch a direct train to Brighton.

By road: From London: the M25/23 link provides road access from London and the rest of the country.
From east and west: the main A27 and the A259 coast road connect Brighton to citys west and east.
