My family and I enjoyed our stay in this newly updated historic flat at the beginning of August 2017. My daughter loved he bunk beds and we all loved the fresh modem aesthetic. Very quiet location, which was important to us. No road noise or loud neighbors. Short 5 minute walk to the street with grocery stores and fresh coffee. Short 7 minute walk to the water. We had a lovely time in Brighton. We discovered 2 yummy restaurants - one on the water and one Greek on the street up from the water. Made meals at the flat as well - nicely equipped for cooking. Although, there was no cork screw opener for wine so we bought and donated it to the flat. Didn't want anyone else to have wine, but no way to open late in the evening after a long travel day. Very easy and close 5 minute taxi ride from the train station. Highly reccommmend this flat/location.
P.S.There are a lot of stairs so if mobility is an issue I would not recommend it, otherwise no worries.
