This former fisherman's cottage dating from the 1860's has been modernised to create a contemporary maisonette in the heart of Kemptown conservation area in Brighton. The 3 bedroom property has its own private entrance and is arranged over 3 floors and comprises an open plan living/ kitchen area on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and a further bedroom with roof terrace on the third floor. The decor is contemporary with white walls, original wooden floors to the living area and boarded floors to the bedrooms.
The seafront and pier are on your doorstep and the centre of Brighton and the Laines are only 5 minutes walk. Kemptown is a vibrant area of Brighton offering excellent bars, pubs, cafe culture and restaurants.

2 additional guests can be accommodated on the pull out sofa-bed in the lounge
