Modern two bedroom flat located in the great Kemptown area in Brighton, known for its Pride parties and great community. With a stunning sea and city view, it’s very close to the Pavilion and Brighton City Centre, local shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes, and just a few minutes walk to the seafront. With 2 king bedrooms and a lot of storage space, one bathroom with shower over bath, a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious lounge and dining area, two sofas, 40 inch TV, and access to an open balcony, ideal to relax and enjoy the sights. Very light and spacious it would make for a great base for any trip be it business or pleasure.

Great Apartment, The owner Renny friendly and accommodating, nothing too much of a problem. The building, Never judge a book by its cover. Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly welcome and shown up to the apartment. It was lovely inside spacious, light and very homely and the balcony just finished off the experience as the views were amazing. You'll be a 5 minute walk from the seafront and the Pavilion if you stay here.

Over looking Kemptown you have a great view of the sea and of the city.

St James Street offers all you need in the way of a local high street or you could venture in to town in literally 10 minutes.
Getting around
Walking is the best way to get around Brighton. Saying that there are plenty of buses and a good taxi service in the city.
