Up the large staircase you reach the bright hallway with a glass panelled doorway to the bedrooms and bathroom (keeping the noise form the lounge to a minimum). There you will find 4 bedrooms, one ensuite and a family bathroom. Within the bedrooms are three quality double beds and seven adult sized bunks - all with luxury linen and fresh towels. Brilliant house in a brilliant town

The perfect house for a large groups of friends wanting to explore what Brighton has to offer. Great social space, close to the laines and the seafront. The perfect spot. Tamara was very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thoroughly recommended.

Great hen do house!

Both the pre-stay communication and the stay itself were great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a house that sleeps 20. The best thing is the living area where 20 people can eat and relax on the sofas. Highly recommend!

Brunswick is a highly desirable area on the border of Brighton & Hove. Our road is a mix of workshops, garages, residential and a music school. The immediate local area is less than a minute from the beach and Hove lawns. Within minutes you will pass great cafes (Cafe Salvage, great breakfast & Igigi for lunch/afternoon tea), great restaurants serving local, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian food, an amazing French patisserie (Real Patisserie), and a great cheese & wine cafe/shop (Le Cave e Fromage). You can walk to Brighton centre in 5 minutes or take a stroll along the seaside past Old West Pier and the new i360.
Getting around
Brighton is great for walking around and we also have a bike hire scheme. Brighton train station is 20-25 minute walk away. Bus stop (Brunswick Square) is 1 min walk. Gatwick Airport is 30 min train or 40 minute drive away. Brighton Marina is 3km away
