Our house is situated right in the heart of Swanage. The location is perfect for enjoying all the fun of the Seaside town of Swanage wether you want to have a beach holiday or explore the beautiful countryside and famous Jurassic coast that is all within walking distance We have two bedrooms, one with King size bed and one with two twins that can be pushed together. From the front bedroom there are doors to the roof terrace where you can sit and watch the activity on the High Street or sit quietly and relax. Downstairs there is a large room with a comfortable sitting area at one end that includes a double sofa-bed, and an eating area at the other with room for up to eight. Comfortable and well equipped cottage in a central position. Our second stay and will definitely return.

Loved the cottage. Unusually hot temperatures were a challenge though. Having the main bedroom window open was ok except for the street noise particularly from the cocktail bar across the road, especially during world cup semi finals week! That aside though, it was a lovely...More

I have stayed in swanage a lot and this was by far the best place I have stayed. Right in the heart of swanage the place is very well equipped and well decorated. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning!

Cant recommend this house highly enough - wonderful location and excellent accommodation - spacious, clean and very comfortable. Ideal location in the centre of Swanage with all local shops and amenities nearby and within walking of the coast path up to Durlston Castle. Will definitely...More

Enjoyed a nice stay despite the snow in mid March... Lovely roomy house, very well equipped and in a great position, just a few yards from the high street but still peaceful. Thanks for letting us stay!

Swanage is a lovely seaside town, with a main beach designed specifically for families with children offering the traditional pleasures of a seaside holiday. Further along the beach there are wilder parts where other water sports are available such as jet skiing. There are thriving rowing and sailing clubs, and if all that activity is too much you can while away the hours crabbing with lines - usually a big hit with the very young. Swanage works hard to give you a good time and there are many organised events and festivals, Check on line for the festival dates - the Literary festival, Arts festival, Jazz festival, Blues festival and Folk Festival are all hugely popular events. How to get there
It is possible to get to Swanage by catching a train to Whareham and then taking a bus to Swanage, but by far the best way is to travel by car, and take the short ferry crossing at Sandbanks (Cars £3.50) This will take you through the beautiful nature reserve at Studland, and helps to wind you down for a great holiday.
