A landmark property in the heart of the village with uninterrupted sea views. Just stroll across the esplanade and you are on the beach or at the harbour watching the sail boats and surfers. My housekeeper will be available to you during your rental should you have any questions or maintenance issues. When you arrive you will get the keys by using a unique access code to the key safe. This cannot be accessed until after 4pm

About the neighbourhood
When you think Devon, you think fudge and cream teas. Lynmouth does not disappoint on either count. There is a great range of cafes offering cream teas in the village and the best fudge and pasties can be found at The Tuck Box.
Lynmouth has great open space with a children's play park, tennis courts and crazy golf. It has a large open area - great for playing a friendly game of football or rounders with your friends and family.
The cliff railway is a unique water powered Victorian lift that links Lynton and Lynmouth - no trip to Lynmouth would be complete without a trip on it! The Valley of Rocks is a local beauty spot with extensive coastal walks. The valley, with its unusual turrets of rock, is home to a herd of native British goats.

It is best to have a car when travelling around Devon as public transport is not all that reliable or regular.

Railway: Barnstaple: 32.0 km
Travelling by car
Travel on the M5 and exit at Junction 27 on to the A361 North Devon Link Road towards Barnstaple.
 Go straight across two roundabouts, passing the first sign for South Molton. [Speed Camera]
 Then turn right at the third roundabout signposted A399 to Combe Martin, Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Lynton.
 Turn right onto the A39 to Lynton/ Lynmouth at Blackmoor Gate.
 At Barbrook turn left on the B3234 to Lynton/Lynmouth.
Follow this road, bearing right down Lynmouth Hill, into Lynmouth.
 In Lynmouth, turn left onto Riverside Road.
 You will see Harbour Point with its prominent turret in front of you.
 Bear left at Aladdins Cave onto The Esplanade and you will see the doorway to Harbour Point on the right hand side
