South West coastal trail passes within 100 yards of the apartment.  This stretch is towards Zennor.

Primrose Court is a delightful house built in the late 1800s and now converted into apartments. It has wonderful views of St Ives harbour, the nearby Porthminster Beach and across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse.
Beach View Apartment (Number 12) is a stylish, cosy and comfortable ground floor flat with fantastic views of beach and sea. It has had major renovations in 2016 and 2017 including new kitchen, new luxury bathroom, central heating and flooring. Equipped to a high standard it now boasts dishwasher, washing machine, Sky wifi, 40' flat screen smart TV with sound bar (including bluetooth), USB connectors for phone charging. There is plenty of hot water, a bath and a tremendous overhead shower to help recover from days on the beach!

The owners live in the Cotswolds and, although we are only a phone call away,we have a first class agent in St Ives who handles all our cleaning and guest services for us. He is always available if you need help or advice. You gain access to the property from the key safe outside.

We had a lovely time in st ives We could not have booked a better apartment The stroll to the beach and into the town was so nice Plus the owners were helpful and friendly from the time we booked The apartment is in a prime location and is a lovely place to come back to

We had a lovely relaxing family week away staying in Martin and Mary's apartment. The location is superb both to the beach (3 mins) and the walk to town (10 mins). Porthminster Beach and facilities are excellent with the Porthminster Cafe being a must for lunch or dinner. Leave your buckets and spades in the car which is half way...

We are literally a minute or so from the award winning Porthminster Beach.
Getting around
Easy walking distance to all that St Ives has to offer - beaches, galleries (including the Tate) and the bustling harbour with its quaint streets, varied pubs and restaurants. For the more adventurous, the South West Coastal Path, which runs behind our beach, offers fantastic walks along arguably the most stunning coastline in the UK. Heading right takes you to Carbis Bay, Lelant and Hayle whilst heading left will take you through St Ives and on to the delightful hamlet of Zennor with its great pub - the Tinners Arms. From either direction you can return via public transport.

St Ives' tiny railway station is a few minutes walk making it ideal for those who don't want to bring their car. It offers very reasonable fares for day excursions to other great Cornish towns like Penzance, Falmouth and Truro.

The bus station is also just a short walk and offers a range of local and further afield attractions including Lands End, the Eden Project etc.

But for those that do bring their car, the flat has a nearby dedicated car parking space - essential in St Ives!
