Spacious open plan living, dining, kitchen area has large windows, with a window seat and French door framing super views over the communal garden across St Ives bay. It is generously equipped with everything you require for a relaxing, memorable holiday. There is access through the French doors to your own private decked and small grass area, with a table and 4 chairs. There is a master bedroom with a Super King size bed and en suite, a twin room and family bathroom. Cots and high chairs can be provided on request. Free WiFi, flat screen TV in the lounge and both bedrooms plus a sound system with i phone docking. The apartment is 10 minutes walk away from the centre of St Ives, has allocated parking outside the first floor. Once parked there is no need to drive, so plenty of surf, food and ale. The apartment itself is beautiful from top to toe. Bay...More

Before you arrive we will send you directions and information so you can access the keys. We are readily available for any queries or help via text, phone call or email. Len and Stella our housekeepers live a few miles away and can be on hand most of the time if assistance is required. If you have any special requests before you arrive please let us know, for example birthday or anniversary celebration.

About the neighbourhood
St Ives is world famous for it's art history and is home to the Tate St Ives, Barbara Hepworth Museum and Leach Pottery. There numerous galleries and several places run painting and creative workshops throughout the year for adults and child Coast/Beach: Porthminster beach is a 10 minute stroll downhill with half a mile of golden sand, calm seas and safe bathing, RNLI lifeguard patrols in the Summer. Facilities include toilets and a beach café. There are beach huts for hire and a putting green. Dolphins, porpoises and seals are often seen in the bay. There are 7 beaches within 3 miles of St Ives, several within easy walking distance. Each has its own appeal, try Porthmeor for water sports, surfing & award winning beach café/restaurant
Getting around
A car will give the most flexibility in getting around the area. There are good local bus and taxi services in the town. In holiday season buses run around Cornwall and there are local train services to Carbis Bay, Lelant and Penzance along the very scenic local branch line which runs parallel to the the coast. Bus, train station and taxi office are all within a short walk. Cycling is becoming a popular way to explore the surrounding area and there are bike hire companies close by.
