Situated on the upper level of Wharfside Village, a smart development of villa style housing, shops and restaurants, the house enjoys a truly central location ideal for exploring the town on foot and discovering the many activities the far South West has to offer.

The property at a glance comprises of a large open plan living room/diner, kitchen, downstairs WC, one double and one twin bedroom, upstairs family bathroom with shower over bath. Linen and towels included. We offer free wifi broadband for those who need to keep connected!

The sofa bed in the lounge can be used should parties of 6 wish to make use of this property.

Really spacious house with everything we needed - there was only two of us but would be fine for four people too. There was a lovely welcome with a nice bottle of wine and flowers on the table. Easy to find and access - the instructions provided were excellent. Secure parking was a huge bonus for us, especially in Penzance...

The spacious and comfortable lounge area is furnished to a high standard. The comfy sofas and armchair are a perfect place to enjoy the flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system at any time of the year. About the neighbourhood
Penzance is a busy market town and boasts a variety of great bars, restaurants and cafe's. Located within easy reach are the city of Truro and the sailing capital, Falmouth. If it's surfing or sunbathing you're after, or perhaps a romantic walk along a deserted beach, then you can are spoilt for choice with some of the area's best beaches on your doorstep, such as Sennen, Praa Sands and Porthcurno. The Eden Project is also only a 45 minute drive away.

The famous St Michael's Mount (described as the jewel in Cornwall's crown) and Lanhydrock House are located close by or you may chose to take a day trip to the Isles of Scilly on 'The Scillonian'. The terminal and ticket office is just a short stroll from the holiday homes.

If travelling by car:
1.Take the A30 and follow all signs to Penzance
2.As you come in to Penzance and reach the final roundabout by a Tesco store and petrol station take the first exit onto Eastern Green
3.Continue to the railway station along Chyandour Cliff
4.At the station follow the one-way system to the left, stay in the left hand lane
5.Continue into Wharf Road
6.Wharfside Village is on the right hand side opposite the large car park

National buses and trains run to Penzance Station, a very short walk from Wharfside Village. Newquay International Airport is a forty-five minute drive away and cars can easily be rented from the airport or Penzance station.
