About the neighbourhood
Local activities are plentiful and include sea swimming, coastal walks, fishing, tennis, golf, bowls, water sports, riding, etc.. The bustling port of Looe with its beach, harbour, shops, restaurants and pubs has lots to offer and the picturesque hamlet of Polperro is a ten minute drive. Plymouth is half an hour away by car with Truro & the north Cornish coast reachable in an hour. This is an ideal base for those who enjoy the coast, walking and the Cornish countryside. For the more adventurous, Adrenalin Quarry is just a 15 minute drive away and there are great cycle trails at both Cardinham Woods and Lanhydrock (bike hire available at each).

This leads to a flat, lit car parking area designated for one vehicle. The cottage is then approached by a lit walkway and then a short flight of steps leading to a patio area. The main door gives access to the lounge and from here there is a short flight of stairs (approx 6) to the kitchen area. Another small flight of stairs (apprx 6) leads to the bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Externally there are several steps leading to Commonwood Manor driveway which joins “John...
